About Deadly Prey
Deadly Prey Gallery is a Chicago-based traveling art gallery rooted in Accra, Ghana, dedicated to preserving the bold, imaginative tradition of hand-painted Ghanaian movie posters and supporting the artists who keep it alive.
Working directly with 10 artists in Ghana, the gallery connects their work with audiences worldwide and maintains an archive of more than 1,000 posters spanning over three decades. Through commissions, original paintings, prints, books, and more, Deadly Prey celebrates this distinctive art form, with 100% of merchandise profits going to the artists.
