      Shipping

      How soon will I receive my order?

      Sorry, we're not Amazon but a small nonprofit organization, so you won't be getting your order in two days.

      Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, we kindly ask you to allow for up to 10 weeks for delivery. We always do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

      Will I be notified when my order ships?

      Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number.

      We have noticed that the USPS doesn't always scan parcels at each transfer location, so it may take some time for you to see shipment progress.

      What shipping services do you use?

      For domestic orders, we ship at the USPS First Class Package and USPS Priority Mail service levels. International orders are dispatched via USPS First Class Package International.

      If you prefer to have your order shipped via a courier service such as FedEx, UPS or DHL, please get in touch with us, and we can upgrade your shipping service at an additional cost.

      Returns + Exchanges

      Can I cancel my order if I've changed my mind?

      Sorry, all sales are final.

      I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?

      We only accept returns or exchanges for incorrect items or those damaged in transit within 5 business days of the delivery date.

      To be eligible for a refund or exchange, Email us at orders@pangeaseed.org to alert us of the damage no later than five (5) days after the delivery of the order.

      Please include photographs of the damage to the goods you received.

      We will provide you a prepaid return shipping label.

      Return the damaged item to PangeaSeed Foundation, PO Box 4775, Hilo, HI 96720 in the original packaging.

      Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available.

      If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

      How do refunds work?

      You will be notified that we have received your returned item and whether or not your refund request has been approved. If so, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be posted to your credit card or PayPal account within a certain amount of days. 

      How do exchanges work?

      We only replace damaged or incorrect items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@pangeaseed.org. We will ship out a replacement, if available.

      My packaged is lost or stolen. What do I do?

      PangeaSeed Foundation is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments confirmed to be delivered. You will be responsible for inquiring with the shipping provider and initiating a trace.

      Tracking shows that my order was returned. What now?

      If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed by the recipient, we will make an effort to reach out to you. If you would like us to resend the package, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
