The Story behind Eye Fatigue Seas

The constant crisis of warming seas due to climate change has many effects on the Caribbean. One of those major effects, are the rise in devastating hurricanes that have been developing within the region.

The Caribbean faces the first imapct force of these storms, while having the least resources to tackle them. As many island nations can attest, we are some of the lowest contributors to carbon emissions, but are dealt with some of the highest risk due to the larger nation's impact on the climate.

There is a fatigue within the region, and the difficulty of keeping up with the ongoing damages to ecosystems and economies is staggering. This artwork is a reflection of that fatigue the Caribbean faces every hurricane season, as a new eyes of destruction pass through.
