Shipping & Returns

Shipping Speed

Please note that due to our organization's field project schedule, we kindly ask buyers to allow for up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. We always do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification containing your tracking number.

Shipping Service

We ship most orders via USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class International. If you would like to request a service upgrade to a courier service such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, please contact us at orders@pangeaseed.org.


All sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for incorrect items or those damaged in transit within 5 business days of the delivery date.

Refunds & Exchanges

  1. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, E-mail us at orders@pangeaseed.org to alert us of the damage no later than five (5) days after the delivery of the order. Please include photographs of the damage to the goods you received.
  2. We will provide you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Return the damaged item to PangeaSeed Foundation, PO Box 4775, Hilo, HI 96720 in the original packaging.
  4. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available.
  5. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    You will be notified that we have received your returned item and whether or not your refund request has been approved. If so, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be posted to your credit card or PayPal account within a certain amount of days. 

          Exchanges (if applicable)

          We only replace damaged or incorrect items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@pangeaseed.org. We will ship out a replacement, if available.

          Lost or Stolen Packages

          PangeaSeed Foundation is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments confirmed to be delivered. The buyer will be responsible for inquiring with the shipping provider.

          Returned Orders

          If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed by the recipient, we will make an effort to reach out to you. If you would like us to resend the package, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
