This artwork, inspired by my 2023 Sea Walls mural in Cape Town, celebrates the zebra shark, whose markings change from stripes to spots as they mature. This transformation symbolizes the fragile state of our oceans, where overfishing is decimating biodiversity, including shark populations, which are crucial to maintaining healthy marine ecosystems.
