The Story Behind

It's a Perfect Day

This is a friendly reminder of how incredible the planet is, but that it can’t all be rainbows, and dolphins, frogs, and snails if we don’t respect its delicate balance. For me, it’s easier to highlight the positive side of things because I find it more effective to act on love rather than fear. When I’m reminded how much I care about our oceans, that's when I find my motivation to make a positive impact on our planet. If the ocean isn’t doing well, none of us are doing well. Because this is not all guaranteed tomorrow…today is the perfect day to give a shit.

About the Artist

Hannah Eddy

Hannah Eddy is an artist/illustrator who grew up by the ocean in Maine, but her love of the mountains brought her out West. She is currently based in Reno, NV, nestled close to the Sierra Nevadas, which she loves exploring. As a snowboard, skate, and surf enthusiast, her art is inspired by having fun, spending time in nature, and being kind to our planet and each other. Hannah uses funky characters, hand lettering, and a lighthearted illustrative style to evoke a playful interaction with nature. Her art radiates positivity and reminds us to all let our hair down and have a little fun. She combines her love of illustration, design, painting, and murals with a diverse list of clients and collaborators.

Clients have included: Patagonia, Protect Our Winters, Intersectional Environmentalist, Camelbak, Snowboarder Magazine, Fat Tire, Traeger Grills, Giro, Arcade Belts, Skullcandy, and many more.
